The Pitch

The Pitch

The Pitch is an annual competition run by the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) that sets an apprentice-style challenge for marketing students designed to test their marketing strategy, financial acumen, presentation skills and ability to work in a team.

In 2012, the CIM joined forces with the Diabetes Awareness Group, a collaboration of leading organisations working in the diabetes arena, to challenge the students to develop innovative diabetes awareness campaigns and to pitch them to a panel of expert judges. This competition was sponsored by the Oxford Health Alliance.
